Indoor Space: Plenty of room to spread out with two levels of living. The first floor features a large living room / dining room space with a vaulted ceiling. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook with a table to enjoy the morning coffee. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry room round out the first floor.
The lower level has Bedroom 5 and an adjacent full bath. The lower level also features an open concept with a large family room / game room / bar area with a large TV, poker table,bumper pool and shuffleboard/bowling game to enjoy.

If you want to stay active and enjoy the sweet smell of pine trees there are numerous parks and walking trails which are perfect. The Rassie Wicker park is a 103-acre facility with a splash pad, two tennis courts, two bocce courts, two shuffleboard courts, a soccer field, in-line hockey, a playground and paved walking trails. Also while here, you can explore the rich history of Pinehurst at the Given Memorial Library & Tufts Archives and discover why Pinehurst feels so much like a New England Town. Another favorite you won't want to miss is the Sandhills Horticultural Gardens.
