Only a short jaunt of <1/2 a mile to the entry gate of the 24th U.S. Open on Morganton Road, and boom, you are there! Newer house built in 2016 in the wonderful Doral Woods neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with modern architecture and amenities, see gorgeous pictures. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 comfortably (1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Full), and also has an extra single floor mattress and two sleeper chair folding foam beds (9 max). 2 large screen TVs (75” in living room, and 65” in MBR). Full modern kitchen with granite countertops, induction cooktop, dual ovens, microwave, refrigerator, and all the kitchenware available for your use. Outside deck with covered porch and BBQ. No garage access, but parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. No pets, please.
