Kitchen, living areas, bedrooms all renovated, with charm with fence to the backyard. This home has a cute screened in porch in addition to all of the open living space. All bedrooms include tv's, living rooms include 65" and 55" tv's. Walking Trails nearby, centered to golf courses, and plenty of public parks make this neighborhood highly desirable. Less than 5 minute drive to the village of Pinehurst! Home includes K-Cup Machine.
Please no more than four cars at vacation home.
Pet Friendly with a non-refundable Pet fee of $150 per pet

The house is old and very unkept. As soon as you open the door, you’re hit with an old, musty smell. The tile in the hall bath has been painted to hide the filth. The doors drag the floor so you can only open them partially. TV in the master would not turn on. What looks like tile in the screened in porch is actually some type of vinyl that is just floating. When we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dishes and a vacuum was leaned against the wall in the kitchen. The house holds so much humidity that you can’t sleep at night. I can’t imagine how this place as ever received “true” good reviews. We booked and paid for 4 nights, but left after two.

In town for Donald Ross kids tourney that’s post Christmss. Best thing we liked about the house were the mattresses! Very comfortable master bed with firm mattress. Fenced in yard was great for my 6 year old son who came along but not in tournament. I knew he could play outside by himself. It was also nice of the dog could run around the yard Offleash. The neighborhood is wonderful for walks. Location is a few minute drive to old town and Pinehurst. House was clean and had everything we needed.

We were in town for the high school women's golf state championship. This property was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and so convenient to everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the two lounging areas, the screened porch and the activities in the garage. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this rental! Location was phenomenal (not even a mile to Pinehurst 1&2 and Harris Teeter), very clean, great entertainment in the garage with the ping pong table and putting green, and the layout was perfect The whole family enjoyed our stay and the beds were so comfortable that we got a great nights sleep the entire time!

It was wonderful. Spring was in full bloom for sure! House suited our family. Kids loved the game room in garage. Nice to grill in backyard. Didn't have a dog but yard is nicely fenced and neighborhood nice to walk in. Close to grocery etc. Reported that dishwasher had not been run. Front stoop very slippery due to rain.

In the area to support our daughter's participation in nearby Weymouth Woods 50K trail race. House was perfect spot to prepare before and relax afterward. Looks way better than in pictures. Games and TV's everywhere are a nice touch.

We had never rented a home and always stayed in hotels but this changed everything. This home was perfect and really made are stay perfect. It was in a great location in a wonderful neighborhood right where you want to be in Pinehurst. It was very clean and updated with everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable and had big tvs. Great communication with Sandhills rental.(Jorden).I would definitely stay at this home again and can't imagine it not being the perfect home for anyone visiting.

This place was fantastic for a family! The host was super timely and helpful with everything from booking to golf recommendations! This location is absolutely fantastic for everything you could want to do in the Pinehurst area...golf, groceries, walk, bike, out on the town, or stay at home with wicked cool game options...putting green, ping pong, darts, poker, retro b-ball arcade game, etc. Highly recommend this place!
