Perfect place for a gathering! Lots of bedrooms & bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a beautiful sunroom. This is a wonderful property and although secluded, very close to town. Property was very clean and well maintained. One minor event and it was remedied immediately in a professional and friendly way. The pool is AMAZING (can be heated) and so is the jacuzzi. The only suggestion would be to replace the living room 's very "sinkable" but a minor detail compared to the rest of this beautiful property. Rent it, you won't be sorry!

We had a lovely weekend together, in this spacious estate! Plenty of room for sleeping, and more importantly, having fun! The pool, hot tub, pool table and kitchen gathering area were especially nice! The outdoor surroundings are beautiful and quiet! Everyone was comfortable and loved the home! I will definitely rent this home again, in the future!

Overall very good, lower double oven was broken - but the glass door was also shattered. Had to clean up some glass pieces and cover the door to protect against children getting cut.

The property managers were extremely communicative throughout the process.
The home was fantastic for a group of 8 golfers, allowing those who needed to work, needed space, needed activity, to all find what they were looking for.
While not all amenities were new, everything worked and were represented accurately in the photos and descriptions.
The home location is minutes away from the village and any other retail needs one might have.
We will absolutely book this property again.

We had a fantastic stay at this estate. This home is exquisite! The layout is phenomenal. It's well-equipped to cook in, and the outside pool and hot tub were a bonus. Their pool table got a lot of action. We can't thank you enough for opening up your beautiful home to all of us. Thank you to the property management for promptly answering questions. Perfect house for 8 guys on a golf trip. Plenty of room to spread out and beautiful back yard. Only negative is that there is not a central TV room . . . in fact we couldn't even get the TVs to show more than limited stations.

Pros: House is massive and has the best outdoor setup of all of the houses we have used over the years. Very quiet and private.
Cons: House could easily fit more beds. Also, looks and feels like it hasn't been updated in 30 years, so updates will go a long way on this property.

House is captivating. Yard is stunning. Beds clean and comfortable. I cannot figure out how the place stays clean as there is a lot to dust but they manage to keep it nice. Will rent again

The house was perfect fit for a guys golf trip of 7. Everyone had their own bed and and enough bathrooms to go around. The billiards room was the perfect spot to unwind after a full day of golf. Wish we could have gotten to enjoy the hot tub the entire stay that was cut short due to faulty boiler plate. Matt and team were very responsive to come out and address the hot water issue we had one morning. Location is great, close to Pinehurst resort, grocery/food/restaurants, and dozens of other golf courses. Would definitely stay here again with a larger group on a golf trip.

Perfect for golfers looking for after golf activities and a place to gather. The pool/patio and Billiard room were perfect for our large group. The house is huge as is the property and provides privacy if you want it. Matt (Property Mgr) was extremely helpful when we had questions. Thanks Matt.
Turned out to be just what we needed. Lots of bedrooms so our group of 7 each could have their own space, sizeable dining room and living room both set up well for roundtable discussions.
