Great location, nice floorplan for our needs, nice flatscreen TV's for football.

We had a great time in this house! Almost perfect other than the Murphy bed. I would suggest a new mattress. It was sunk in and not comfortable for the person sleeping in it. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever!

Good size, comfy beds and clean. Worked great for a trip with 8 men, some on the larger side.

Payment, check-in, and check-out was a perfect modern rental experience. I never interacted with a person, just got email instructions (that worked). A+ on that for sure.

House was great for a group of 8 golfing in the Pinehurst area. Everyone was comfortable in their own bed and plenty of bathroom space for everyone. Downstairs hangout area was perfect for late nights. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for a family or a group of golfers enjoying what Pinehurst has to offer. You won’t go wrong with this rental.

This house exceeded our expectations for our golf trip. Particular highlights included the gas grill and the size of the space, which the pictures don't fully capture. We look forward to booking this house or one of your other properties when we return this time next year.

House was perfectly suited for 8 people. Proper amount of beds and having 3.5 bathrooms was very nice. Kitchen space is ample. Check-in and Check-out procedure was simple and easy. House is in very good shape and has plenty of supplies to enjoy cooking, playing ping pong, cards etc. Large TV upstairs and downstairs allowed for our groups to enjoy March Madness and have our own spaces. Location was very convenient to grocery, restaurants and the area.

The home itself was great and served our purpose wonderfully!

However, there were plenty of dishes that weren’t clean, did not have any small packs of soap/detergent when said there was, the basement table chairs were broken, and all the ping pong balls were broken. Part of why we chose this stay was some of those activities and we had to go out and buy ping pong balls, detergent, and couldn’t use the card table in the basement.

Great place to stay in Pinehurst, NC! Five bedrooms with 8 beds is great for a buddy trip. Ping pong, foosball and card table downstairs with another living room and big screen downstairs. Gas grill out back and a nice screened in porch to enjoy morning coffee. The rental company responded to a refrigerator issue immediately only to find out the bar that locks in the slot at the top wasn’t allowing the doors to close properly and we didn’t notice it (our mistake). Again, great house in quite neighborhood!

Overall the rental property worked out well for our family. There were enough rooms to accommodate all 10 people with room to spare. The children enjoyed all the activities and had a great time playing in the back yard. There were a couple of negatives to address. Number one was the lack of information sharing from Sandhill Rentals. One of our daughters and her family traveled from Colorado in a motor home. We found out after the fact that we couldn't have the motor home in the driveway of the property. This was pointed out to us by the family across the street who posted pictures of all three of our vehicles parked well within the rental property boundaries. Even though the house next door had ten vehicles parked in their yard and out on the street with no mention of this by the neighbors. By the way, the pictures included some of our personal information they published on a public website. I am very disappointed with Sandhills Rentals for not making us aware of the local restriction on parking RV's in the neighborhood and for me having to contact them multiple times to get the garbage can emptied. I am also upset with the neighbors across the street for not approaching us to inform us about the restriction, instead of going straight into embarrassing us and the property owners on a public forum. Both have represented the Pinehurst community in a very negative way. I can assure you we will not be using your agency again for any future visits my family makes to the Pinehurst area.

We came to town to visit friends for Labor Day and the BBQ festival. The location was great, very clean, and the house was perfect for 2 families with with kids. I’m not sure who had more fun with the downstairs games the kids or the adults! We will definitely be back.

185 Idlewild was perfect for our trip. Comfortably slept seven people and the enclosed back patio provided great space for a night cap.

Had everything we needed for a great vacation

This rental property has everything you need to have a top notch golf trip in the pinehurst area. We had a great time on the Ping Pong table and foosball table. Living area was perfect for our two foursomes. It is close proximity to everything you need. Restaurants, grocery, and golf courses..
