Home was older and needs updating but was very clean all except for lots of spider webs in the windows of master bedroom, not sure how those got missed but as for everything else it was clean. I clean homes for a living so I’m very picky. Laundry smelled clean and home was stocked with plenty of necessities. We only stayed 2 days so didn’t need much. The only real complaint is the nest thermostat. First off it’s very complicated to use, I had to google, secondly no matter what I changed it to it changed back to the previous setting. It was 36 degrees one night and it was very very cold in the home. I know it is attached to a device so don’t know if someone was controlling it but it was definitely not working properly and really needs to be changed. If you stay here in winter, wear warm clothes, because it was very uncomfortable especially in the living room area. The view is beautiful and conveniently located to my daughters home so all in all it was good for what we needed.

Great 2 bed, 2 bath, condo that allowed my friend and I to have our own space when needed. Great location close to Pinehurst clubhouse and courses.

Tv remote had broken cover. AC had to be constantly adjusted. Garbage disposal not not sure it had one

The property has a great location, close to restaurants, shopping and golfing. The lake view is also pretty to look at while in the rental. The condo needs an overall cleaning and then a perfect score could be given.

We have stayed at this location 3 weekends now and it is perfect for our needs for the weekends we come to the Pinehurst area to access Carolina Horse Park for a competition. will do so again if available!

Condo was perfect for our needs. Close proximity to necessary golf courses. Pleasant atmosphere the complex. I would recommend that housekeeping do a more through cleaning. Spider and cobwebs around inside of windows and sliding glass doors. Also, some lamps in bedrooms were not working. With no overhead lighting, it is necessary to have ample lamp lighting. Otherwise everything was comfortable and nice.

Condo was the perfect place to take care of our weekend stay in Southern Pines area. Provided a comfortable place to relax during an otherwise hectically active weekend!

Condo was very well equipped. Guet bedroom could use a dres with drawers. The carpenter bee at the entrance were herendous and are borrowing into to the wood stairs. Pool was not open and that was a disappointment.

This is my second time vacationing in this wonderful apartment. It is incredibly comfortable and in a wonderful location, convenient to shopping and restaurants. I use it as a getaway spot when visiting my grandmother, who enjoys relaxing there while looking at the peaceful water as I ready meals in the well-stocked kitchen!

This is a wonderful condo in a great location in the Pinehurst/S. Pines area. It is beautifully and comfortably decorated and has everything I needed for a terrific stay. I was in the area to visit family, and we really enjoyed the spaciousness of the place and the relaxing lake view. I look forward to returning!

It has been 9 years since I have been back to the Pinehurst area. I lived there for 3 years and it was nice to come back and visit. The rental property was a nice little getaway to relax and decompress. It was nice to be back to visit

Photos are just a pictured. Lakeview very peaceful. Master bed was comfortable. Location was great. Property Manager VERY responsive. Only spent a long weekend here, but enjoyed our time.

For the most part, this rental was very nice and comfortable and we would recomend it. However, there were ants in the kitchen, the sliding door handle was broken and the dishwasher still had the dishes in them, although they were clean.
The four of us are all over 76 and were attending a funeral. I had a leg injury and it would have been so helpful if there were grab bars in the bathroom/shower, especially the newer bathroom whose shower was very easy to get into. I brought along my own suction grab bar but was unable to use if bc the walls in the shower were not smooth enough.
Overall, things were good and the grab bar is just a suggestion. I also suggest your cleaning people empty the dishwasher. :-)

Perfect spot. Quiet and comfortable. Close to everything Pinehurst if you go for the golf. We spent hours on the deck and had everything we needed to make you feel at home. Next trip? Same condo if it’s available.

We traveled to Pinehurst to play some golf. This unit is extremely clean, well furnished, and relaxing. The view of he lake was beautiful. The only issue we had with the unit was the hot water. I believe that someone set the thermostat a little too low. The water was warm enough but not quite as hot as it should be. We have stayed and several Sandhills properties over the years and have never had a bad experience. We will be back!

It was good, looks like the condo was starting to be updated. The kitchen had some food in the cupboard and fridge, with COVID I don’t believe that stuff should have been there

To begin with, We arrived earlier than expected and Jordin from Sandhills was able to arrange for us to access the condo early. Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of linens. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely consider for our visit next year.
