This fantastic home is located on prestigious Linden Road, just a few short minutes from The Village of Pinehurst! This 4 bed/4 bath home offers peace, quiet and plenty of space for a group of 8 looking to get away. This open floor plan is great for entertaining! The large living room offers a mounted flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and sitting room with game table. Grill and relax on the private back deck and patio, or enjoy watching the world go by on the front porch rocking chairs. The home is great for 8 golfers, and located close to several Sandhills area golf courses! Home has a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Please no more than 5 cars at vacation home. Bed configurations are as follows:
Primary- 2 Queen Beds.
Bedroom 2- 2 Double Beds.
Bedroom 3- 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed.
Bedroom 4- 2 Queen Beds.
For insurance and security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Family loved the house! Great location. There is lots of space for everyone in the family. The house is an open design and the house has been updated. Everything was very clean and I highly recommend!

The house is just right for a group of golf guys. Comfortable and all men need: eating area, TV area, 4 bedrooms. Not much on decor since we don’t notice that much anyway. In a residential area so no loud outdoor parties - not a problem for us. And 10 minutes from all the best courses and restaurants.

Very big house with plenty of room for everyone. The property was big but did need a few maintenance adjustments (blinds were broken and a few water stains on ceiling) Overall a nice property

Todd Camplin was most helpful and responsive. It was nice to meet him, putting a face to a name. The house was in excellent shape. It was what we expected. I would definitely recommend this property. The circular driveway made jockeying four cars convenient.

We rented this house for a week with another family and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy it. We had a very nice stay and would come back again.
